Dr. Thomas Thuene
Dr. Thomas Thuene is a partner at QORM, LLC. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 30 years in many different roles. He specializes in using analytical data methodologies in areas as far apart as risk management, process simulation, resource analysis, supply chain visualization, Quality Assurance, market research, and bioinformatics.

Dr. Thuene holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Technical University Munich, and the EMBL and a Masters in Physics from the University of Hamburg.
Michael F. Noonan
Mike Noonan brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare. He is an entrepreneur, strategist, graduate educator, and consultant with a background in leading digital transformation, strategy, technology integration, and operations/process optimization initiatives, in domain areas such as value-based care, payer-focused IT, and emerging healthcare technologies. ​

Mike spent the first half of his career in leadership roles with a major Boston-area health plan. Later, he built the professional services function for a technology consulting firm, founded and led a healthcare technology/ management consultancy for over ten years, and served for three years as a Principal Consultant in the healthcare digital transformation space.​
